This minty pesto is great on just about anything; from sweet to savory enjoy it with all your favorites.
This dish is JAM PACKED with flavour! Yes its Gluten Free, yes its Vegan, its even Nut and Dairy free….but RELAX, you’d never know it unless I told you!
With a great balance of protein,, fiber and antioxidants…ahhhh who cares about that $#!T….it tastes great!!! And it is crazy simple to prepare, using yellow or red thai curry paste and rich coconut cream.

While most hot sauces are spicy with a hint of salt this sauce has a bit of sweetness from local honey; making it a crowd pleaser every time. We add some depth of flavor by using 2 types of vinegar.
Ramen. Native to Japan, its one of the worlds most complicated comfort foods, but that doesn’t HAVE to be the case!
While this recipe is not grass-roots traditional Ramen (which is usually divided into 4 basic categories: Tonkatsu, Miso, Shoyu, Shiu), it will produce a really frickin great, Japanese inspired bowl of soup that you can fill your face with 🙂

This soup is vegetarian, but feel free to toss in some leftover chicken or a few fresh shrimp, a hard boiled egg ALWAYS goes great in Ramen as well!

Admittedly, I usually only like kale in soup, until I discovered this salad. Not a fan of it fried, or pickled and don’t get me started on kale chips…gross! But this salad recipe changed my mind! It’s packed with flavor…no really, it is! And with rice, lentils , fruit, and kale it’s a super-food meal in a bowl!! I hesitate to call this a “Lasagna” as that word actually refers to the type of past used in a layered Italian dish that we are all deliciously familiar with. And now its seems that everything that has more than two layers is some type of “Lasagna”. Check out my cheeseburger; bun, sauce, meat, cheese, tomato, sauce, bun….must be a lasagna.
